Doom 3 Bfg Coop

The only co-op inside the bfg edition's box comes from the xbla versions of doom 1 and doom 2. i made sure to clear this up directly with id's tim willits at pax this past weekend.. There never has been full campaign co-op for doom 3, the xbox version had a separate co-op campaign (bfg is a port of the pc version which didn't have the co-op)
