According to Hot Wheels Wiki, the Action Command was a series of military-themed vehicles released from 1984-1988. All are Larry Wood designs. I have four vehicles from that series.
The Assault Crawler. This is the 1988 version.
The Rocketank. The base shows it was first molded in 1974. According to Hot Wheels Wiki, it wasn't released until 1976 with the name of Aw Shoot. For that casting, it had a large cannon centrally located.
The Radar Ranger. This is a 1988 version.
The Super Cannon. This 1985 version was originally called the Megadestroyer and was based on the vehicle used in the 1982 movie Megaforce.
