CLOSE Autoplay Show Thumbnails Show Captions Last SlideNext Slide The Bay View shop selling local artisan goods Sparrow Collective has opened a new store for women's clothing.  Sparrow Boutique opened at 2260 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. on Black Friday. It is just a few doors down from the Sparrow Collective at 2224 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.  Sparrow Boutique is an outgrowth of the original shop, said owner Jessica Franzen. Sparrow Collective, which has specialized in handmade and local goods, started selling some clothing more than a year ago. The clothing started taking up more and more space in the small, 600-square-foot shop.   Sparrow Boutique now has its own home for women's clothing, shoes, jewelry, body care and gift items in a 1,400-square-foot store. The fashion boutique is selling trendy, young contemporary clothing.
